  • Sorry to hear you've been feeling down but glad the dark thoughts have lifted a little. I'm also glad you took the day off and caught up on some sleep.

I've just started some telephone CBT after my little breakdown, and I can see how it will really help. I can't change my situation but I can change the way I feel about it by altering my thinking patterns. Have you ever had anything like that Levi?

Love to Luca and Ozzy. Hugs to you too Xx

hiya kd - its nice to see you around :) been ups and downs but thats life! hope you are ok too xx

lucky, i've been on the CBT waiting list for... monnnths!! initially I was told it would a few weeks but here we still are. my work can potentially offer me some private sessions but i feel a bit of a fraud to take those.. but maybe... i have a very close friend who reckons that CBT entirely changed his life (and you can tell).

thanks greyfox for your maths wizardry... past the 10% mark in total am i yet?? :) Xx

I had CBT from work when I had a difficult time in 2011, and it really helped for me, I too felt I couldnt accept the offer from work, but as it began to affect my work, they suggested I speak to them, as its offered as a colleague support network, some waiting lists are very long, the longest one I am on is the pain management clinic think Ive been waiting 18 months.... ho hum.....

Assuming your sig is correct & one CC hasn't moved you've paid off 8.3%. Pay the PPI 1k off and it will be 11% :T.

    hey ducklings,

happy saturday - hope everyones had a good day?
mines been alright - feeling better than i did yesterday, not all the way there but doing OK and will be fighting fit by Monday.
Managed to tire out LL today by being out in the fresh air, walking the dog, running around, played for quite a while at the kid area of the park. Gave in and let him nap this afternoon (still losing that battle) but then he woke up and we made our own fried chicken from scratch, divided up a chicken and made our own batter- it turned out quite good and LL enjoyed the activity. we ate it with bbq baked beans :)
bedtime etc all stayed to structure so i've had the evening to relax.. not accomplishing as much in the way of chores but watching some Stacey Dooley documentaries on line - have you guys ever watched her stuff? amazing- probably also my dream woman:D

my tax credits money for monday is showing in my account - again another seemingly random amount - not what they told me i would expect (more thankfully not less) but haven't had any letter to explain anything.. it will always be a mystery (don't shout at me Lilt :rotfl:) i'm just happy i'm getting it!:) i also had my credit card statement for #1.. minimum payment is £133 i think.. i should be able to make that this month alongside everything so still won't ever get into late or missed payment territory, phew. i thought if that was gonna happen, this month would be the month:o but it shouldn't do. i won't pay that or my barclaycard (min £201) until the 15th which is a few days before they are both due and keeps them money at my end a bit longer, thus reducing the overdraft fees.. and you never know.. PPI might hit sooner rather than later :j and i will feel back on track and start making bigger dents again from end of May :j:beer:

sorry for all that waffle ^ :o hope all of ya have a great evening and a happy sunday xxxxx Levi :heart2:xxxxxx
