have a read of the sticky postage thread . For unathorised use of a card claim you need to show proof of posting, not proof of delivery. So assuming you have the Orange signed for slip, scan and upload that to the case.
Keep on at PayPal though once you've uploaded your proof as they can be slow. I had one recently and won the case within 6 days.
they no longer give an orange receipt
its just a standard receipt with house no and postcode and tracking details

The 'till receipt' will be enough if that's what it is. It usually has the addressees postcode on it.0 -

Whoops sorry, I forgot. I don't use a POst office and so the mail centre I use still have orange slips.
The till receipt is even better though as it has much more I formation.
PayPal are very clear about their seller protection, but I never find it hurts to remind them that you are covered. The one I did recently I uploaded my POP, and then I also added a note to the dispute to say that my evidence had been uploaded and that I had full seller protection. Get on the phone to paypal immediately- point out that you have full seller protection on the second one and have uploaded proof of postage. You should not have lost the fraudulent use of a card one- the other one unless it showed as delivered you should have refunded and avoided paypal deciding against you. That could be enough to mark you as an issue in paypal's eyes.
Allowing paypal to force a refund where an item shows as still in transit is not a good idea- but it is always worth appealing to them to at least unblock your account as you can show tracking (I assume you uploaded it ) that shows it has reached customs.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. thanks soolin
yes all was uploaded to both paypal and at time of posting to ebay. also included response from royal mail after emailing them to which they replied it is obviously stuck in customs and the recipient (buyer) should contact the customs office regarding the parcel
i will keep in mind re if in transit to refund anyway as post office said they can request it be returned as all customs labels were correct

Did you read soolins post?
Get on the phone.
The 2nd claim should have been ruled in your favour. Quote their own seller protection to them.
The 1st, forget it unless the tracking shows delivery. No amount of 'including the response from Royal Mail' will suffice. It's tracking or bust.
I don't understand your comment highlighted by me in bold.0
