Item not delivered - eBay siding with seller?

Sorry, I misunderstood eBay then, I thought the seller had to show an attempted delivery (I don't think the tracking says there was a delivery in Leeds, maybe I'm wrong?). Thanks for your input.

Why don't you just do as suggested.

Appeal. In plain simple terms. Explain your address is 1 High Street, Leeds and the yodel depot is 5 Low Street Leeds. Show the tracking reference as being 9 Depot Lane, Gateshead. Then explain the seller is in Gateshead and the buyer is in Leeds.

Don't add any other carp that you seem to think is relevant. It isn't.
  • Thanks, CS told me today that it is a matter of 'principle' if the seller wants to refund if they have the item back, & yet again have been told eBay will contact Yodel to see where the parcel is & they will get back to me.. They are still arguing it was out for delivery in Leeds so that's the seller won.

That's not going to happen. Yodel and Ebay are about the worst two companies in the world for communication.
Get on Twitter to @askebay and ask why when they have proof that an item was returned to the sender have Ebay refused to refund you for an item not received.

  • Thanks, will try that :)
