It would be cheaper to keep your existing handset and switch to a SIM-only contract. No free lunch, and no free laptop

. I actually spotted this when i posted my thread
. Do i need to upgrade? No i dont however i would like to.This will depend on what is offered to me- i am not prepared to shell out £50 odd a month just to have the latest shiny phone. I think this is way too much money, It would be cheaper to buy the phone outright.
Thank you for your advice
I did this, bought an iPhone 6 from Apple when they had the 0% finance offer and got a good sim only deal from O2 when my contract ended. The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I'm due for an upgrade with O2 in a few weeks. They keep phoning me trying to take out a new contract (will be going sim only with Vodafone instead). If you haven't heard from them I'd upgrade via their website.0
