pictures/graphs etc. can take a lot of space on a website, then you have text to add, URL links all take space. In hosting 1GB is very small to host a website

well they can be quick it all depends on the quality and size of the server. but anything hosting on a plan of 1GB or lower is going to be slow and limited

i have been in the hosing game for many years and spend a small fortune each year to upgrade and maintain my server so that they work fast for all clients. I dont go for the budget market as it causes more hassle than its worth

Thanks to all the above. I do use the the site for hosting images but only web quality stuff so no need for gigagigs of space.

Even so, 250MB would be pushing it a bit.

I'm looking a Falcoda at the moment who are offering 7.5GB for roughly a tenner a year for a 36 month contract.

The ratio of good to bad reviews is pretty reasonable too.
