No money for refund

  • No refund other than one made by the seller will be instant.

As I said earlier and alykatz states above, a Paypal INR is the best option as it will be the quickest.

I have opened a PayPal INR. Absolutely amazing that a "business" has not got money for a refund.

The reason given by seller for not sending is that the courier does not deliver to my post code.

unless you are in the middle of nowhere then couriers will deliver. yes some postcodes will command a higher price due to location.

Got an email from EBay stating item has been dispatched!!! I contacted seller to tell him I thought he did not deliver to my postcode. He does not know why I received the dispatched email!!

Perhaps this is all part of the scam
  • Seller emailed me and said that PayPal hold money for 21 days so cannot refund.

I have escalated the case in PayPal

Rubbish, he can refund via paypal, or if hes having problems finding out how to do so, he can contact paypal and get them to action the refund.

I suspect the seller is a scammer, have told him this on his EBay page.

I await my refund, does anyone know how long the process takes for refund to be made?

Just got email from PayPal, they have found in my favour and issued me my refund. All this hassle for £13 which according to the seller, he did not have this amount in his account as someone else in his "business" had taken all the money from the PayPal account.

I note that they did not make any comment to PayPal.
