Anyone figured out how to search for newly added houses on onthemarket?

I set up an alert for on the market so it emails me as soon as something comes on. I don't use the website though because it's rubbish. Have alerts with rm and zoopla too but I would actually check them two too.0

Thanks Pinky. I will have a look now and see if I can do that. I never bother looking on Zoopla but do check RM at least a few times every day.
How did you do it please? I have had a look and can't see where to set up the alert.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Do you keep popping in to the agents? If you keep going in once a week or so they phone you first as soon as they sniff anything suitable coming on the market, especially in your position.0

I completed on a luton property last month and offered in November, since then prices have moved. I think offering the agent to get a mortgage and using thier solicitors helped massively for me, certain national agent being with c in luton TC particularly keen, I actually dropped their solicitors and appointed my own further down the process, long enough so they couldn't object.
I know it's not right but with a fast moving market agents will make £1200 on an average mortgage, more kickback from solicitors so hardly surprising they push those buyers.0 -

That's what the other poster from Luton who was looking said they did and got the house. I think she posted on your other thread Rosie.0 -

You need to create an account but on a pc rather than the app. Then when I searched it gave me an option to save the search0 -

Who was that? Claire? That's great news. I will have to look for her update. We do speak to all of the local EA at least weekly but I may pop in to the offices tomorrow. The problem is the price of new ones. If the one we have offered on will ever actually manage to find something then that house will seem like a great buy in a few months. We just see no end in sight just now.
And thanks Pinky. I will set that up on the PC tomorrow.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
