Anyone figured out how to search for newly added houses on onthemarket?

I'm on the rightmove app every day looking at anything new and remembered yesterday about onthemarket. I did spot some which I hadn't seen on RM but really don't have time every day to look through pages of houses that have been sitting on the market for a while.
Has anyone found an effective way to search? Most recently added is useless as things come up which have been on the market for weeks.

Personally I'm just sticking with Righmove and not bothering looking at Onthemarket.
I think I read that agents are supposedly advertising new properties exclusively on onthemarket for the first 48 hours, but that isn't really an issue for me as my search area is a very slow market so it's highly unlikely that any property will be snapped up immediately before having chance to appear on Rightmove.
Unless you're looking to buy in a very fast moving market where properties get snapped up within days then I'd just ignore onthemarket.0 -
I can't be bothered with onthemarket... Waste of time. Useless search facility. Rightmove and zoopla win hands down.Spelling courtesy of the whims of auto correct...
Pet Peeves.... queues, vain people and hypocrites ..not necessarily in that order.0 -
I've noticed local estate agents have removed themselves from zoopla but not rightmove, so just sticking with rightmove now. Didn't use zoopla that often anyway as rarely is a property advertised on there and not rightmove in my area.0

I agree that onthemarket does not seem a user friendly site. I too have noticed that Zoopla has only half the number of properties in my area that RM has.
RM has an almost instant upload from most EAs so new properties do appear throughout the day while Zoopla still seems to upload on a daily basis.
I think we may be seeing the end of Zoopla!0 -
I use the Rightmove e-mail alerts to get details of newly added properties in my search area. I think you can get alerts every 1, 3 or 7 days or thereabouts.0

Thanks for the feedback. So back to RM it is. Unfortunately in my area the market is very fast with houses sold within hours. And yet more price rises!! We found that houses which would've been on the market for £190-200k last summer are now coming on at £220-230k. Oh, until this weekend where they are now appearing at £240-250k!

I was buying a one bedroom flat 12 months ago for £233k but withdrew due to lease issues, it sold and a similar flat has just come on the market for £295k!0 -

In the RightMove you still can filter the results by using ADDED. It gives the option of "any time, last 24h, 3 days, 7 days, 14 days".
If you are using the RM application in the iPad, it gives the clear mark of the new properties as "added today or yesterday".
Good luck.0 -
I am still addicted to checking RM's last 24 hours several times a day, and I moved in September! Just can't stop the addiction LMAO.
I haven't been on On the market much yet as my iPad is too old for the App to work! But I think you can change the Sort to the order they were listed, which would bring up new items first.0
