Anyone figured out how to search for newly added houses on onthemarket?

With on the market you can set an alert and you will receive an email with the new properties coming up. I dont think they have 48 hours exclusivity thou. Sometimes i recieve the email from on the market and straight away an email with the same properties from RM, or the other way around.
Even though i have setup the alerts with RM and On the Market for properties that just come up to the market, when i go online to check myself, i prefer RM as On the Market doesnt have the option to select just properties recently added within 24 hours.
Also, i havent been able to find the On the market app. Does anyone know if the app is available for Android?
Hi Heytoki. There is an app now. I downloaded it today from Google playstore. Seems to have the same info as the main site.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Spoke to two of our local EA today. Both agreed that prices have risen 8% since the start of January.
Two 3 bed semis new to the market today for £235k and OIEO £240k. Almost identical ones in the same development were on the market for £200k in the summer. Unfortunately our savings that we are managing to add to while we are searching are not increasing anywhere near that fast.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

Wow Rosie that is a big increase! I hope my house has gone up too LOL! If my house increased that amount since I bought in September I'd be quids in! I have relatives in Luton, so your info is really interesting. They are in Stopsley area.

Why would you be quids in? How would you realise the increase? In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -

Stopsley is the most expensive area as far as normal residential areas go.
We still 'have' the house that we have had an offer accepted on but even the EA selling both ours and that one have said to keep looking elsewhere as they are in no hurry and our buyer has been waiting for three months.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These

It's in Luton surprisingly enough. Most are being sold to London buyers. And because people are being priced out of the market in surrounding commuter towns such as St Albans, they are also coming up here as they can't afford to buy in their own towns. There are some houses which have been sitting on the market for months, but they were overpriced initially or have something wrong with them.
Some were on the market a few months ago, didn't sell or the sale fell through, back on the market with new agent and an increased price. A lot of the houses are selling before they even hit RM.
Same in my area which is between you and London. 2 bed newish flats are having open days on the weekend and selling above asking price on Monday.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Is your buyer using a mortgage as usually there will be a time limit before they have to apply again.0 -
As far as I know they are getting a mortgage. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do. If their offer expires, or they have to pull out I'm confident we would get a buyer very quickly so we aren't worried about that. Still nothing else coming on the market that we can afford now. Only places needing complete modernisation coming in at the top end of our budget now. Before we would have been looking at buying something that didn't need anything done for top of our budget.Father Ted: Now concentrate this time, Dougal. These
