Also, £4.79 was a pro-rata refund for Jan 20 - Feb 02. What's "extras and discounts", why is it £6.84 and why were you charged for this only?

never had any extras. yes its the final bill

i signed up for 11.99 a month then this went upto £12.31

Yes, I did see that.

I think you'll find that 19th Jan is the date they have recorded as when you used your PAC. Hence the term Port Out Termination.

Anyway, there is simply no point in this discussion... I'm out.
