Just had to send topcashback another photo of the Nutella receipt - they have refused my 40p  10 days ago I submitted it before they decided it was blurry

Sophie is still traumatised after this morning visit from the dog, not left me alone all day, following me everywhere , if I sit down she is on my lap and at the desk she walks all over the keyboard :rotfl:
(but I expect the second her dad comes home I will be wall paper again :)

I put the doggies photo up on the Dogs Trust facebook page - 43 likes already :)

  • Well done Emma :T

I've come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with me though :rotfl: I always feel crap the next day after a work out :o I know that I'm obviously going to be a bit sore and what not but it leaves me totally wiped out. Thought you were meant to have more energy not less :rotfl:

Oh no I feel wiped out too! Especially if you change exercises so you're working different muscles than before. But the next time you do them, you notice it's ever so slightly easier so you can take less breaks or do more.

But it's the little things y'know. Climbing a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, carrying heavy shopping bags of glitchy items without struggling ;)

Agree with EMMAP, especially when you first start, muscle soreness can last up to a week or maybe 2 depending on your starting point. But if the general tiredness just keeps rolling over and over day after day and you're waking up not feeling refreshed that is not good. Have you ever had your thyroid checked?

Also important to eat after a workout and what you eat helps your recovery. Protein and something to replace the glycogen stores in your muscles especially if you have had a heavy weights session or even body weight exercise - I usually have a small piece of cantaloupe melon. But think I'm really lucky in that soreness is not a big issue for me.

My "do nothing" weekend has paid dividends with my workouts this week :D:D
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

My DD3 managed to get to 20th place yesterday but watching her slip down the ranks to 26th this morning. :(

She is not at home staying with DD1 at the moment so not sure how proactive she is being at getting votes. Unfortunately she is not very forward actually pretty shy which was why I am so proud she actually did the video. :A

I apologise for knocking on peoples doors so to speak for votes, I am really wondering whether to post the link to get her as many votes as possible. :o

If you really want her to win go for it

As a newbie don't really know what I'm talking about but......

Noticed on HotDeals someone mentioned the Schweppes Lemonade 2l is 50p at A's, referring to getting it free on Shopitize.

MSM has the price as £1.29, 2 for £2.00. Would that work on a APG?
