Oh no I feel wiped out too! Especially if you change exercises so you're working different muscles than before. But the next time you do them, you notice it's ever so slightly easier so you can take less breaks or do more.

But it's the little things y'know. Climbing a flight of stairs without getting out of breath, carrying heavy shopping bags of glitchy items without struggling

It would be such a fantastic opportunity for her. Not sure if she is ready for it either, she has the talent though. The video is nothing to what she has done on models.
