    youve forgotten your training :p

    its the multi that was missing so it would have worked in this instance in store, but i can see multi now anyway on msm. :(

    Eeep :) Just did my side by side progress pictures from eating healthier and exercising regularly for the past four weeks. A definite difference! If I was weighing myself then I'd probably be discouraged as I'm roughly the same size. But my shape is so much better now, I can see bits of definition here and there.

    I used to feel bloated and horrible all the time. Now i rarely do. I'm so glad I got off my bum, stopped comparing myself to other people and just started bloody doing it! :D

    whoop whop, just booked me a trip to Playa Blanca in Lanzarote leaving Sunday :j

    Now to work out what I can fit in my 5kg allowance (love travelling with just hand luggage).

    Last time I did this I wore most of my clothes on the flight there and back to save weight :D
