    i think the pepsi £1.15
    snickers 60p
would best be spent in waities. together with coffee and the mail would be a total of £4.35
so get something else for 65p and thats all you pay after cb

53p is all you pay as there is another 12p off the pepsi with the waities card

My DD3 managed to get to 20th place yesterday but watching her slip down the ranks to 26th this morning. :(

She is not at home staying with DD1 at the moment so not sure how proactive she is being at getting votes. Unfortunately she is not very forward actually pretty shy which was why I am so proud she actually did the video. :A

I apologise for knocking on peoples doors so to speak for votes, I am really wondering whether to post the link to get her as many votes as possible. :o
  • TS please post link and I will vote :)

I dont know what possessed me but I've just gone and bought a "call the midwife" style bike. Reviews are bad but could probably sell it for more than I paid .....

  • One to keep an eye on for further reductions in T.

Lynx products (deo, shampoo, gel) RTC 50%.

Too expensive for us but hopefully they will drop further soon.

Also some Gillette razor blades RTC 50%.

    Afternoon everyone

Thanks hampy, I think I have already PMd you. :o

Check and I will again if you didn't get it, still undecided what to do for best whether to let it just go.

Spent most of yesterday texting, emailing and PMing. :o:o

Eeep :) Just did my side by side progress pictures from eating healthier and exercising regularly for the past four weeks. A definite difference! If I was weighing myself then I'd probably be discouraged as I'm roughly the same size. But my shape is so much better now, I can see bits of definition here and there.

I used to feel bloated and horrible all the time. Now i rarely do. I'm so glad I got off my bum, stopped comparing myself to other people and just started bloody doing it! :D

    Well done Emma :T

I've come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with me though :rotfl: I always feel crap the next day after a work out :o I know that I'm obviously going to be a bit sore and what not but it leaves me totally wiped out. Thought you were meant to have more energy not less :rotfl:
