Feeling better as I've been quoted £600 to change my kitchen spots to LEDs. 13 of them, have the awful MR16s at the moment and they just eat electricity and fail regularly. Reducing from 13 x 35w to 13 x 6w. The light should be better and some of the clips have fallen out, so the lights were not level in the ceiling so needed to do something!

the LED's are brilliant once they are in. Barely have to change them in comparison to others, but yes, it is a chunk of money to pay out initially.

So do all Waitys have the takeaway option? :)

I quite often get the takeaway from the caf!.
From 9 February we will be asking myWaitrose members who wish to enjoy their free tea or coffee in one of our Caf!s to also purchase a treat - such as a sandwich, cake, biscuit or piece of fruit. This change will enable us to continue to offer our customers the enjoyable service they expect.

If you're not visiting the caf!, you can still pick up a free tea or coffee from the self-service machine when you are shopping with us. Remember to present your myWaitrose card.

this indicates all have a self service, but if they have not just say its to takeaway. I got one from the cheese counter on sunday. (which is by the seats in my waitrose).

edit, why cant I type the word cafe with the little line above the e

If you do things in the correct order it should make things easier. (If I can do it, it can't be that difficult)

    1. From your printer, attach your printer to your home router/ wifi. Now you should be able to print from your laptop.

    2. From your ipad and phones, set up the wifi printing. You usually do this from within the App, find sharing or settings inside the App and one of the options should be printing, then the ipad will find the printer. Now you should be able to print from your Ipad and phones.

Sounds useful. Does that use a network cable or USB cable?

  • Hi guys, can anyone reccommend a decent health grill please...
I go through these like 2 a year for some reason!

I need it to be big enough for 5-7 and would really prefer it had a temperature control on it, i have had my eye on the Tefal Optigril but after seeing the actual product in Tosco, i have changed my mind as it is only smallish.

just floating this on our thread.

I need a new laptop. I don't want windows 8, but that's whats in the shops. ive read that windows 8 and 7 systems will get a free upgrade to 10 when its available.
now the bit im thinking about, should I hold on until 10 is available then buy an 8 in the shops as they are bound to be reduced. or just buy one now anyway and upgrade that when the time comes.
ill be buying in john lewis as I was gave £200 (exchanged for jl vouchers) for 20 years service at Honda.

I got one from lidl when on offer. Really big, had it years and years and was only £20. Sorry though as don't know when the offer may come on again but would recommend if it does.

    Afternoon all, hope everyone's well.
    Bless Poppy :) xx
