    Thanks both :grin: it was a lovely dinner. Our best local Italian and it's consistently good. Up early this morning but my knee is aching so not sure I'll accomplish much. Dad goes back to Portugal today, DH will take him to the airport, while I'll take DD to a party. And then a couple of hours on my own.. bliss! So the plan is to do a pile of ironing while watching Outlander :D win win!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Sam!! I promise I'm trying to be good :P

    I say trying... I was supposed to be ordering the church lilies, and did, but there was a mix up, and somebody else ordered them too. So now I've got an awful lot of lilies, which means the church is going to look amazing.. but I'm out of pocket. Hey ho. An expensive mistake. On the plus side I think April will be a low spend month, thank goodness.
    We're off to Portugal on Wednesday for a week to see parents, already paid for, so it should be a cheap visit. Then I'm at work for a few days and then I have my op, so will be housebound for a bit. Hopefully I will catch up on boxset viewing then!

    In the meantime I am not doing very much today apart from chores, same tomorrow. And then on Monday we're helping a friend move a few bits of furniture into her new place, including a wardrobe and chest of drawers from us - which in turn means a little less clutter here :D
