                    Hi
Has anyone who is already an existing customer managed to sign up for BTs unlimited BT Infinity1 +TV for £12.50 a month?
I have tried to sign up for the offer using the link and been given a different price. So I called them - and was told it was an online only offer. So I went online and chatted to cust service. Who put me through to a chap on the phone - who then advised me to go online.
I assume the difficulty comes because I am an existing Standard Broadband customer, but MSE offer does say that this offer is open to customers such as myself.
Can anyone give any pointers?
About to go online again... wish me luck

I have just tried to do the same, several times over, and each time it comes up as £23/month for 18 months rather than £12.50 for 12 months which is the best they have offered me when I have phoned in the past.
I notice some of the terms say that the cashback and the Sainsbury's vouchers only apply to new BT customers, however as existing broadband customers we should still qualify for the 12 month offer (which I would be happy with).
The online chat was unable to help. I will try calling them at lunchtime.0

I have just called BT Customer options and very nearly became that ar** that shouts at call centre staff. No one in BT online or customer service knows anything about the offer, let alone for existing customers0

No, as I am not allowed to post links due to being a noob
It is on the moneysavingexpert cheap broadband page, and in this mornings money saving email0

 It says .
All introductory prices or offers are only available to new BT Broadband customers unless stated otherwise.0

The MSE weekly email also says "[SIZE=-1](if you've BT standard b'band, you qualify)"
But it appears that is not the case

As already highlighted MSE email says (if you've BT standard b'band, you qualify)
 Can MSE confirm?0

Ive tried the same link and got the same response - spoke to customer retentions, spoke to online sales, spoke to shop sales - no one aware of this deal however and go on to quote the only available deals to existing standard BB customers.
Emailed MSE to advise to remove the statement which wrongly states its available to us, however some info on where this came from in the first place may be more helpful.
It pains me to say but Sky Fibre.. here I come!!0
