Hi,
Have you been OK since you got re-instated? I've just had the exact same thing happen to me. I've not left the country since before 1999! I've emailed asking to be re-instated, but not holding my breath. After all- most survey companies are ruthless- let's hope Pinecone really are different. I work for myself, from home- all I ever use is my home computer. All I can think is that it has something to do with moving house, but I continued to get surveys for 4 months after moving and then they stopped.
Thanks
Yeah had about one a week or so since then0 -
I've been getting at least one questionnaire a month for the past 2 years!
Got £50 worth of vouchers out of it so far
Also had one product to test at home in that time.Laters

Hi
My last survey was about 2 weeks ago.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -
I had not been sent surveys in ages so dropped them an email and was reinstated
Been getting 1-2 surveys a week, all builds up and I cash out in Paypal Vouchers yay0 -
I have just received 4000 points for the latest survey and went to transfer to Paypal, but you can't get a £4 Paypal credit now, only £3, £5, £10, £15. It's no big deal, but because the surveys don't come through that regularly, I've cashed in 3000 points and the other 1000 points will stay until I get my next survey, whenever that may be lolMoney, money, money, must be funny, in the rich man's World!0

I think you may have got carried away with the zeros as I thought 4000 = £40 to a PayPal account.0 -

I noticed that last time I cashed out. I guess they don't have many old members left now, being paid the old rate of £4 per survey!Minimalist

Lucky the product I tested at home was edible.
Glad they didn't want it back
Also check the settings on your Pinecone account, you can change the frequency of being offered surveys. Mine was set to one every 4 weeks. I changed it to one a week (or as many add I could do). If you're not getting them through very often check that setting.Laters

I find pinecone irritating at times. I have had 3 surveys in the last week, all asking if i would be willing to try the product, to which i answered yes. However there is no way to tell if any of the products will be sent so i have no idea if i should wait in for the postman
It would help if they sent an email to say "you have not been chosen this time" / "product has been dispached today"0
