  • Have only recently just started using Pinecone and have to build up 1800 points quite quickly, but I can't seem to find any way of cashing it or claiming it through rewards.  When I go into the 'redeem' section, there's a sign to cash out points, but nothing there to click on, then a catalogue below, but absolutely nothing there.  I've tried it on various web browsers and my phone, but still nothing loading - are other people experiencing this?  Don't really want to keep spending time on them, if I cant redeem the points.

    Thanks!

I wanted to say that I have tried and successfully managed to use the bank credit payment option.  It was slow (as had to set up and get account approved before I could use it) so probably took around 2 weeks in all.  However, once the account was approved and I opted to send the money, it took 2-3 working days to reach my bank.
It's a faff but hopefully will be easier next time.    I wish that Paypal was still an option though!

    Thanks BookWorm.

I haven't set up the direct deposit. It's good to know it seems to work on completion of faffing.

I agree about the Paypal. But I think think the technical problems then rewards revamp mean it's gone for good  :(

Sadly I think you might be right....  I will try the bank credit once more and if too much hassle will go back to using the digital mastercards, which can at least be used as cash on other sites.

This seem decent, but how do i even join/register? No clear indicator just a login button.
Pinecone is recruitment by invitation only. They occasionally advertise on various sites.

They don't seem to be recruiting at the moment. The last time I saw them recruiting it was on Pick my postcode, I've just checked and it's not there at the moment

    the link doesnt work.

I just tried this link from page 38 - HERE  and it worked ok.
I then clicked the further link to sign ups from UK and it brings up a registration page.  I didn't try and complete it but looked like it would work
