    I'd like to warn pinecone panellists not to redeem their points for UK bank transfer as you will not get your money. I redeemed my 1000 points for bank transfer by XTRM on 14 October. Straight away got a code which had to be applied at rewardsondemand.com. Applied the code on 14 October and it still pending. According to their t&c the code should been converted into £10 and added to my wallet within 1 or 2 working days and then transfered to my bank account. It still pending as today and have sent them numerous messages but only had auto reply "We got your message and working on it". I also contacted pinecone and expressed my concern but they replied saying I have to send the message to rewardsondemand.com. I said that I did that but been ignored. So I asked pinecone that I want to cancel my order and get my points back so I would choose something else but pinecone again said the same to contact rewardsondemand.com    So I think I am going nowhere with them and wallet.rewardsondemand.com is looking quite dodgy. Just wondering what else can I do? Disappointed with pinecone research and thinking of leaving them.

    4 complete working days and you have sent them "numerous messages" as well as contacting pinecone  - I'd have waited until tomorrow before sending them any message (unless the site states to contact them quicker), but I don't let that much collect and always take the smallest Amazon voucher.

    I am concerned £10 has been pending since 14 October as it clearly stated 1 or 2 working days.  Their customer care is not existent either. Just had one auto reply "We got your message and get back to you as soon as we can"....
    Something isn't quite right..
  • Did anyone else do a survey about chocolate Christmas gifts a week ago? I did and haven't been credited yet - just seems odd as Pinecone normally credit on the same day or soon after.

    I noticed there is no contact numbers for their cs, no office so if anything goes wrong it's impossible to get our money back. As in my case, redeeming for a bank transfer option was a mistake. XTRM which they used for transfer could be a con company. Pinecone sent me a code to redeem at 

    wallet.rewardsondemand.com which is dodgy.

    XTRM have been around for years  - their customers include BMW, Dell, nvidia, HP etc - don't think they would be bothered about keeping £10 of yours.

    More strange not getting assistance from 

    wallet.rewardsondemand.com and pinecone is now ignoring my emails as well!!!


    No more surveys for them until they give me my £10! So I want to warn others as well to stay away from pinecone
