Hello
There appears no reason why assistance could not be given here, but please contact our claims reporting team on 0800 144 44 88 (select option 1) to discuss further and we will see what we can do to help.“Official Company Representative
I am the official company representative of Free Motor Legal. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. freemotorlegal..... Thanks for responding
The example I posted has been and gone and claim settled.
I asked, because at the time various Claims Management Co/CHC were not prepared to assist, each and everyone stated "it's not something we would take on"
I explained there's no better example of a non fault accident, however, none would assist; I called 5 and got the exact word for word response and none would elaborate further.
However, when I did make a claim with my own insurance provider, turns out that Motor Legal Protection was automatically included within my policy and the substantial claim was settled.0 -
So, after all the adverse comments regarding 'Free' motor legal cover, are there any recommended multi-car policies that ARE worth having, or is it better to just bite the bullet and pay for each vehicle's additional legal cover when renewing the insurance policy?0

Did you read my post #31?
You can buy a proper insurance policy at low cost for multiple vehicles.
By proper I mean an insurance policy with FOS and FSCS protection.
I've not claimed so can't make a recommendation but would personally prefer to have a proper policy that has contractual obligations towards me.0
