Soooo close to your target, hope work picks up soon. We find we get slight seasonal peaks and troughs and are usually quieter during summer holidays. Is it the same in your line of work?0

You are so doing the right thing - o/p with what I call "free money"
That totally wouldn't hurt to o/p that
Does work tend to be a little quiet once the weather changes, or just a blip dip for now?
and great your still on target for being under 60k at the end of the year.
How's the keep fit/weight loss doingAlways have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190 -

Ya work can be up and down doesn't normally change with weather just been slowly going down this year month on month hopefully it will pick up sooner or later. This is why i refuse to chuck even half of my EF at it just in case you know
60k will be mine this hehe :]
Weight lose is good total down about 17lbs now and been gym/eating a lot cleaner i still have the odd thing now and agine but just make sure i have it within what my daily needs are :]Mortgage--- [STRIKE]£67700 March 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65221 April 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64983 July 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£64780 sept 15[/STRIKE] Remortgage [STRIKE]£67295 oct 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£66599 Nov 15[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]£65878.73 Dec 15[/STRIKE][STRIKE] £64834 1st Jan 16[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]Feb 16 £64,511.89[/STRIKE][STRIKE] March 16 £64,056.40[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]April 16 £62550[/STRIKE] [STRIKE]May 16 £62,396.20[/STRIKE] Feb 17 £60.800

Well done on the O/P - I like the idea of throwing the free stuff at the mortgage - I tend to just leave in the current account but that way it goes straight away.
Even better on the lb loss - I have lost my diet mojo at the moment and need to find it!!

Well done on the overpayments. :j
I've made some substantial overpayments this month. Someone paid some money back that they owed me so I paid it straight off the mortgage.I have also sold some stuff instead of taking it to charity ( charity begins at home). So I paid that off the mortgage too.

That's what I do and when the kids borrow money, when they pay it back I treat it as a bonus that I never expect and it goes straight off the mortgage.GE 36 *MFD may 2043

I also pay the postage for my bay items but put all payments straight to my mortgage, thus o/p even more
