    Morning My Friends

Got 12 items coming from Argos today at 10-12am
Nothing to exciting really ordered at 12 last night for £4 delivery and got 2.50 cashback

Much easier than going to town paying £2 to park the car + £2/3 fuel and carrying 12 things to the car looking like hulk haha

Anyway looked at my mortgage this morning and the interest has been apply of £186.55 I guess this is for the month interest is it ?
So should i expect this interest amount to be less as the months go on ?

Also woke up this morning and 2 items sold on ebay for 9,99 each so thats £13 or so in the Paypal after fees and postage ill just use this money to buy more stuff for the house woooo

Good idea to get them delivered. Saves you the hassle and you did it in a very money saving way ;)

Can't really help on the mortgage interest. Is your interest calculated on a monthly basis then? I would assume it will be less as the months go on if that's the case.

    Yay for ebay sales :)

Mortgages are amortising, so each month you have one a higher proportion of your payment goes towards capital and a lower proportion towards interest. Unless you OP, the process can be painfully slow! ;)

Well done on the 12 parcels, we were horrified with our 9 from yesterday.
