Why pay anything at ASDA or Tesco etc

I use ePassportPhoto.com (don't think I am allowed to provide the full link but you get the idea)

You just upload your digital photo and follow the instructions.

I have just used them for my grandsons first pasport photos and we received the passport back yesterday.

They have a drop down menu for over 6 and under 6 as the photo requirements are a bit more relaxed for under 6.

try it and see, doesn't cost

    and no this isn't spam!!

This is all very well but I don't have a printer. Or a computer that will save to CD.
I need a whole lot of pics for visa application and no way I am paying £4 for 4 when I need about 12 for me and 12 for my daughter.

Anyone know how you can get some cheap prints????? I have googled and like another poster saw mypix.com but the site is total rubbish.

Hi. There are a range of options for transporting your photographs to the supermarket, e.g.:
    - Use a USB memory stick (borrow one if you must).
    - Take the digital camera memory card to the store.

And I thought Costco's 8 for £2.92 was good value!

I've always take a picture of myself (I look awful in photobooths - the flash bounces off my very pale skin and I end up blinking too!)
I then use a photo editor.. makes me look fab! :-)
then print off a whole sheet in one go... you can try libraries - they do colour prints - I was allowed to use my own photo paper too.

Uni/college libraries will have colour printers too and will only cost a few pence.
(or ask a friend who has a printer if you can print one page off!)

my Uni has said to bring 4 passport style photo's - so I'll have to organise some new pics as I've grown my hair since the last ones... I'll get them done after having my hair cut :-)

I like the fact that I can actually control the end result and have a photo that I like as I'll have to flash the card around for 3 years!
Light bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later date :o:D
now at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!

Just used this website, printed off some photos for renewing of my husband and my passports as going off on holiday in Feb 09. I'll let you know if the passport office accepts them, hopefully they will as they seem to meet the standard and criteria for photos, we'll just have to see.;)

Well just to let you all know the photos worked (see previous post). I sent off our passport renewal applications with our DIY photos last Wed 1st Oct and got back our new passports on the Saturday 4th Oct! Wow that's what I call quick service.:T

I just take a photo of myself on a digital camera then resize it to passport size and print off about 30 on a piece of cheap A4 photo paper - they look identical to the ones you get out of machines.
I want to take advantage of the MSE deal to get a railcard. I need to upload a passport type photo to take advantage of the offer online. I have managed to take a head shot on husbands mobile phone. Does anyone know how to convert this to a passport photo?
    Thanks
    Lyndsay:confused:
