Re tracking... would it be very irritating if I said YNAB! :T yet again? Tracking is really simple even away from home if you use your phone.
Your SOA looks a little tight to me - does it genuinely allow for fun? (I can guess from the rent that you're not in the South East so it may be fine!)
Rosa xx
SOA is doable -I'm happy on that Money as I would love to shift the debts as quick as I can ...:D
I am lucky that
I don't Watch Live TV so No Licence fee
Mobile paid for By work
No Landline
Water / Sew Rates paid By LL
Rent is peanut's
This said Rent is only lower for most of this year as I previously paid Landlord in a big chunk in advance by accident as had made a transfer payment and then had the DD go out for the same month.. so I said to LL keep and will reduce the monthly amount .. He was happy with that ... Landlord had a bad exp so was happy when credible , reliable, perfect tenant me came along ....
:T
For a LL he is pretty good
It took some reality adjusting as it was just bloomin awful when I moved in ..I was like an OCD cleaner ..lol ..I actually cried it was so bad i had exhausted myself cleaning lol but I moved from an expensive flat I couldn't afford to run ...:( I could afford the flat but had to choose between eating and heating (!) it was that bad...
I love the fact it is so cheap to run.....:A although did have a friend say HMMM I can see where you've "tried" to make it nice
I thought I'd be a bit embarrassed when I eventually invited plus one back ..but it never came up in conversation ..I mean nothing to be embarrassed about because I'm sorting my finances
Now everyone loves it here....Warm and snuggly in Winter ...and a suntrap in summer
Its so tiny hereit's kind of sweet ..in a there's no place like home kind of way.
I do like small, small is also cosy and easier to clean. Having a smaller place really helps keep me organised and up until recently I was very rarely home so didn't really give it much thought.
I will actually be sorry to leave now..lol My neighbour has a bath - I don't only a shower.. and they pay £650 a month ...they have a square meter space more than me for the £250 excess! This said i would kill for a bath ...all those lovely bubbly soaksmmmm
Thank you Rosa!!! that reminds me it goes up October I think I need to check on that !! Only By £50 tho lol ..I do think LL is going to put it up to £450 soon ... Hope i don't Jinx it now...Knowing my luck :rotfl:

You've cleared a huge amount of debt, and breaking it down like that shows the bite sized (or kiss sized) chunks that it requires.
HAPPY SATURDAY!!!! mwah!

I was pleased ... I just thought hang on I've been living like a church mouse since feb with no outcome ...but after I had looked at the ins and outs of it I realised what i had achieved so felt a bit more motivated ..
Tonight I'm eating sweets ..:rotfl:who says debt busting cant be fun!
Going to try a few last bits on ebay again tomorrow ....the rest goes to the CS ... as C4C here seems to be closed more often than open ..There's going to be some stylish looking ladies getting some CS bargains round here ...lol

Cool
just checking... travel to plus one is essential
I completely understand about taking the cheaper flat to pay off debts - it's exactly why I'm in my flat and it's served well - though now time for me to go somewhere new and a bath is on the must have list!

Total unsecured debts..........£4505.00...Made a small payment of 6.12p to Crapital1 ......
Then I got the bug ...and paid £5 off business debt ..£4500 total debts left ..I am so tempted to pay a pound more.. as £4499 doesn't sound as bad.
A few ebay sales this month but amount to only £13 Profit - quite a lot of work
Definitely got to take that bag to charity ...I hope that I can make at least £20 Profit this month then I'm giving it UP for goodGrocery challenge Feb £107/£100-epic fail due to cake and biscuits

A few more small sales in tonight ...so now at 18.50 profit.. IF they pay
Just two more things to parcel up in the morning - Maybe I will plan to take all my bags to the charity ...lol funny enough I picked it up this morning but it was raining so I thought I will leave it until tomorrow . I was going to end my listings too ..suppose if I had I would have never known anyway. Paid My ebay fees as I'm going along as don't want more debt ;( ..... Sadly I still think is better to have the rest than go to sooo much effort for a few pence here and there.Grocery challenge Feb £107/£100-epic fail due to cake and biscuits

Sounds like things are going great, Sam!
I feel the same about most stuff on eBay, it's such a lot of work for not much pay off. I think if you have a lot of free time, or time around the house, then maybe every penny is worth it. Me? I HATE spending my lunch breaks standing in line at the post office.0 -
Everybody's different and if it's not worth it for you then it's not worth it. I have lost patience with fleabay too and never even got started with surveys.
I love that you are glaring at the figures and debating giving it another £1 kick just to bust a barrier

It's not just the effort, is it? It's also the potential hassle of bad buyers causing you grief.
Life is too short and is better spent looking at eye wateringly attractive plus ones!Or at least meal planning for their fussy tastes!
