Hello Sam. I've just booked a clearance company (who also do house clearances) and I can definitely recommend. As far as I can tell, you'd just need to send them photos or a video of the house so they can estimate truck size and price and then they'll send you a quote or estimate. The company I've booked I used years ago and they just got on with it. No comments, no messing around, just arrived, loaded up and off they went. I didn't have to pay until I was happy they'd taken everything I paid them to, and they also recycle anything they can. It's such an emotional thing to have to do, so maybe letting someone else take over with your supervision would be easier?
Yay to easier working from home days and training. My "career" is also now a job and although I have to remind myself of that at times, my life feels much nicer for it.
It's a sunny day here today, so hopefully is where you are.
Take care of you. xx4 -
@MuffinTops
So happy you are around, hope all is well with wonderful you
Feeling a lot more positive today, managed to clean the place and complete the washing.
Shattered but not stressed and I feel grateful for that.
Have enough food in for the next week so that's all covered.
Seems really nice to have nothing to do (not that everything is done) and I totally think it will do me good to rest. Was so hard to rest when unemployed due to the self pressure of not having a job.

You sound so positive and focused.
It's true when you don't have a job you can't relax because your brain won't let you somehow!

Been nearly 2 weeks since last update.
Waiting to be paid to do a money shuffle tomorrow.
Lots to sort once funds come in.
Grateful to have a job even though I don't really like it 😂
So will be working from home temporarily so will give that a shot.
Failed driving test in last 3 mins with no minor 1 serious. Never mind just had a wobble. Next one available is October but I am sure a cancellation will come up.
Hope everyone is well. 😘

Well done for first driving test with only one wobble! Crossing fingers for another one soon.I love working from home, hope new job goes ok and that good things are brewing for youRB xxDebt free May 2016... DFW#2 in progress

In a couple of weeks other new people will be starting, which is good as I won't be the newbie anymore
It would work well for me as will save time and money on travel and will be good for the dogs.
I am smoking again (not good!!)
All bills and even some future bills paid so all is good for a while.
As much as I'd love the freedom of driving, I don't really mind when I get a test and have put it on a back burner as will get the job and house sorted first.
I've lost weight again so I shall have to sort through my clothes - I really should treat myself to a few good quality, eco bits that I will wear all the time. My work clothes are baggy and are swinging round my ankles lol so I really think I can do better.
Maybe that can be a mini project for me.
Have stuff put aside for fleabay but if I don't do it off to the charity shop it can go.
All is good here, been very busy so today am 100% on do nothing and Netflx duty.
Going to look into any benefits I get from work seem to have quite a few discount schemes.

Morning Sam. Just catching up.
Well done on the job offer!
Sorry about the test, you did really well to only have one wobble though, I've taken mine 6/7 times and then gave up as I had lots of wobbles once I got to a test! I'm sure that you'll pass it next time.
Well done on the weight loss, it makes us feel so much better and then we have to go and spend money to replace all the clothes. I might stick to the cake and chocolate and save money 🤣 xxLBM in April 17 - Starting card debt £33554
