Anyone help answer this one ... "Jet2 are stating that claims but be submitted by each claimant individually. One, my mother is since deceased, and two are children. Is their stance correct?"
Well it's jet2 bs. If there are more than 1 claimant then you can't use the online mcol bnut need to fill in a form N1 which then has to be posted (rather than done online). I also think you might need a sheet of paper with the signatures of the claimees authorising you to claim on their behalf. (as i understand it)0
