Well it's jet2 bs. If there are more than 1 claimant then you can't use the online mcol bnut need to fill in a form N1 which then has to be posted (rather than done online). I also think you might need a sheet of paper with the signatures of the claimees authorising you to claim on their behalf. (as i understand it)
