Preloved may well have details on him, but The Data Protection Act will almost certainly stop them passing that information on to you.
However, they may be able to put pressure on the seller themselves... on the other hand, they may not bother.

If after a couple of weeks you haven't received the goods, then report the issue to the police. The police will be able to get the seller's details from Preloved.

Still haven't heard from Preloved, surely this would be a priority for them as he may still be scamming on there, very poor.

I think that will be Preloved removing it, they have replied, but it looks like there is little they can do. I would like all the details they have on the seller DPA permitting.

Well, I reported it to local police, they suggested Action Fraud, who say they will pass it on but there is no guarantee any action will be taken.
