Any Huddersfield Commuters to Bradford-best time to hit m62 in am & routes/parking?

Again-thanks all who've replied. Iv'e been, Afzaal to the '221' bit of Sunbridge Road (near the Sunbridge mission & not far from the abandoned old Provident building) & yes there seems to be a lot of street parking there (admitidly this was Saturday am at 0940-not tried at 0800-0810 in the week!).

I think I've sussed a way to that part of Sunbridge Road avoiding the horrible 2 inner ring road roundabouts near the media museum & the Alhambra-Ring road onto great Horton Road (I know a 3/4 mile short cut to save some of the ring road traffic)-Horton Grange Road, right into Legrams drive (same road Haq's supermarket is on), Listerhills rd, Thornton rd, sshort cut through on Jowett st-right to Sunbridge road-avoiding the city centre-good plan or an utter nightmare at 0730-0800?

Edit-thanks for the suggestions regaring public transport-whichever way I look at it its so much quicker & more convenient by car.

i dont think horton route will be better. I assume you want to join M606, then have you thought about leeds road and than sticker lane(you can also avoid most part of leeds road and some part of sticker lane by taking side roads if leeds road is really busy).
