I returned an item that had been on sale with 2x 10% discount.

They insisted on refunding the amount with only 1x 10% discount, even after I was honest and pointed out the receipt was for less than the refund - apparently that's what the till said!

So I got refunded more than I paid

Why are they going out of business?

Any news on what's happening to the store in Victoria Road South Ruislip (Middlesex). I believe it may be down for closure, but any idea when?

I've just been to the Flint store and they now have 20% off everything and 50% off DIY pre-packed stuff, pond accessories, garden hand tools, security products (door locks etc.) and wallpaper. They had loads of wallpaper left.

That's all I can remember sorry.
