Mums parking ticket (Britannia parking) for transposed reg number

    UPDATE

    We received a letter yesterday from Brittania Parking saying

    'Dear xxxxxxx

    I have looked into your appeal and can confirm that the above parking charge notice has been cancelled.

    On future visits to the Boscombe Sovereign Centre please check the bottom right hand corner of your ticket to see if the digits you have typed into the machine are correct, if they are not correct please phone our office number located on the tariff board to inform us of the error so that a parking charge notice is not issued to you.'



    So a result and speedy conclusion for my mum. Thanks for all the help on here. It's very much appreciated. I don't know if it was the initial letter or the sovereign centre staff email that made them back down so quickly but it's a relief for me and my mum.
