Thanks for the thread Natty :)

Another week of me lurking from my phone due to being busy so hugs, sticks, spoons & vibes going out to all of you, feel free to pass on any spares ;)

Been to the dentists this morning and had 2 of my teeth filled so my face is slightly swollen and sore from the anaesthetic and being pulled at :( I had hoped to run errands but instead I'm having an admin and pottering day. House is looking good, kitchen needs the dishes doing (but thats DD's job as she's been procrastinating since WEDNESDAY so I've been doing them  Its only last night tea dishes and whatever gets put there today), and laundry (towels & bedding, which some odd clothes that can go in as well) as I cleared the ironing last night otherwise its all presentable:D Stripped my bed this morning, but leaving it to air until later then DD and I can make it between us since I made her bed this morning. Computer stuff mainly on hold until my laptop has finished doing its virus scan as loads of things needed updating today. Now I need to get moving.

Not getting very far as I've been on the phone to Mum and then to my sis who is having a major wobble about Mum being discharged tomorrow. Consequently I've had to step in and will now being taking mum home tomorrow and staying until Sis gets there. I now need to make sure today I'm ready for DS3's birthday on Thursday. Best get off here and get moving!

It's heartening to know a couple of other people are working their way through seemingly endless lists. It was three years before I realised mine was a Toots list - I'd never got round to actually going and looking for things to put on it, I'd just thought of all of them.

A gibble pile has been sorted.

OH has found a gutter chap who came this morning with a camera-on-a-stick and then used a vaccuum-on-a-stick on our house and a couple of the neighburs. Does external flying like that count? It's pretty necessary in seagull land. (I like seagulls.)
    Better is good enough.

Home from work and I've walked the dog and caught up with the thread. Next job is to clean the filter on the TD I think then load it.

Hi all, I'm just getting the list up together ready for tomorrow. I will have to go and do the shopping after I've been to the gym so may as well stay up at that point and get the housework done.

I'm in thank you for the lists.

OH had driven me today for 4 hours one way and it took us 3 hours back, because he wanted to!

Only basic stuff done because of being out. It snowed for a short while, but didn't settle.

Thank you for the list. In this week, depending on work.

    BathroomDone yesterday morning.
    Kitchen Done!

I have helped DS1 with the packing up. DD went out for lunch with friend and has not yet returned.

More school work still to be done. Just been emailed possible times of 'learning walks' (hate the name, hate the thing too). Of course, it coincides with the worst year 9 class. I bet they come then, and not with my Year 11 GCSE class. My last half day today, as phased return now completed.

Froddington Sorry to hear about Mischief.
DustykittenContinued good wishes for your mum.

So far today I have managed to achieve the following, despite another threatening migraine this morning which laid me out for an hour:
    - send off 4 of the remaining family photo sheets
    - do WM x3
    - hospital visit this afternoon
    - buy bananas, milk, eggs, bread and batteries
    - collect my new specs

DH's birthday present still isn't ready :( but at least the watchmaker and I have agreed on a price that we're both happy with - and I didn't have to turn on my flamethrower to beat him down ;)

Hope your stomach has un-knotted itself, mrs-mp. It sounds like your equivalent of my migraines. Life is stressful for so many of us atm. It's so good to have Flyfriends who understand.
Dusty, glad to hear that your mum is well enough to be discharged.
    CY, how are you today?
HB, absolutely anything that makes your house cleaner counts as flying - in your case, if not by you personally, by the seagulls :rotfl:

There's just time to drink my cup of tea and do a couple more letters before I go and cook tea.
