Hmmm it'd be while you're alive that I'd be more worried about. If it gets into the wrong hands you could be easily open to identity theft/fraud."Boonowa tweepi, ha, ha."0

I keep a list of all my passwords on a sheet of paper hidden somewhere, and NOT on computer. For some things, pen and paper are still the safest bet.Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0

I used to put them on a floppy...then I found that a little black book was handier so now I just write them in my little black book it's alway's easy for me to look something up then...but am seriously thinking of just getting a usb travel mate to hang on my key ring and then when I need any they are there on that...only thing is if I lose it I'm screwed...so maybe the little black book will do...:D
Pls be nice to all MSer's
There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.

I use password safe both at home and at work. All you need to then do is remember the master password, it will also generate passwords for you if you want. We use this at work as well where something like this is vital as I need to know my account password, root password, and application passwords for around 300 servers. I haven't got a hope of remembering that lot considering they all need to change regularly as well.

If I feel the need to hide
And it's my problem if I have no friends
And feel I want to die0 -
I would be very wary about using a word or excel document to save logins especially if its stored on a usb stick. If the stick was lost the password on office documents can be attacked using the many various tools available to unlock/discover the word/excel passwords.
You could however use truecrypt to format and partition your stick so it would be encrypted (v.secure) and store your excel/word document there. Much more safer if you choose to store passwords this way.ummm...0 -
I also have a fingerprint reader which allows me to log on to sites etc by pressing my finder on the pad.0
