What a pain about the night out - but as you say, perhaps a blessing in disguise.

and def  for M&S......complain about it being so close to Christmas and being let down.....you never know you might get some compensation.

    :D though for the cake!

My woefully weak knowledge of forums and message boards is legendary. However, I can reveal that the picture of the snowman is too big and should be resized ( don't ask me how!! :rotfl: ) and that because someone quoted that post with the picture on in this thread, it throws the whole page out of sync.

    I think!

Another cheap day today ;) just spent £2.20 on lunch. My wii is still showing as "dispatching soon" but it should be arriving tomorrow  It had better be here by christmas

Ds came home from school today with all the christmassy things he's been making ... a card, a calender, a sheep, a couple of baubles and an angel for the tree :o

I have got my vip slot for the next sale for saturday night, so I need to go through the catalogue tonight and figure out what I am after ;) Hopefully it won't be much this time round :o

I had an easy day again today, watched pirates of the caribbean, titanic and an episode of brainiacs :D Not exactly taxing!! :rotfl:

Just checked my account and M&S have dispatched part of my order and have added on £3.75 for delivery    I deliberatley made sure I ordered enough to qualify for free delivery but because they havent got some of it after all they've taken that off the order which has taken me below the fre delivery threshold    I'm livid!!! They can have the whole lot back and I'll go elsewhere

Hi benben, if you do that would they return the delivery money? would they not keep it as they had delivered IYSWIM?
    Good luck with it anyway!

I'm not sure, I sent them an email yesterday saying how disappointed I was at their online service, and why didnt it say the item was out of stock when I ordered rather than a couple of days later?? I also put in the email that I wished to cancel the whole order as they were unable to supply the main item I wanted.

I haven't had a respose from them yet

  • I think given the fact they could not honour your whole order and the fact you emailed them before your order even arrived to say you were not happy, that they will probably at the very least refund your delivery charge. Good luck so annoying when things like that happen.

Afternoon everyone, we've broken up for christmas now  :j :j

I got home at 3:20 and at 3:27 the doorbell went and it was the man delivering my Wii :j :j I am sooo happy as I thought he would already have been and then I would have had to wait in all day on xmas eve ... makes up for missing the meal at work now, as if I;d gone there I would have missed him :D
Another nice easy day at work, watched a bit of Harry Potter and a bit of Transformers, was given some choccies and wine ;):D Now, its time to sit back, relax, not spend too much and have some fun!! Merry Christmas everyone :A
