wooohoo, well done - £50 that's better in your pocket than stuff getting nibbled in the garage! I didn't realise you were taking DS (v brave), I'm trying to plan a carboot for when my DS will be at his dad's. That way he can't see how much of his old tat I'm selling, everytime I try to have a clear out he suddenly loves it all again!Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

ahh now there's an idea, do you think I should dress mine up nicely so he's at his most cute (or as cute as a cool 8 year old can be) or go down the Oliver Twist tatty route so they feel sorry for him? exploitation but I could live with it!Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Aaaah thank you !! I kind of see it all as a hobby really, I'm limited to how often I can do "normal" hobbies like go to the gym so this has become my hobby and at least I hope it means that me and my monster will be able to have some of lifes luxuries without getting into debt. Also as I can't go out much in the evenings it can get lonely sometimes in the evenings, but being on here sorts out that problem
Sometimes I do wonder if I am a bit obsessed with my finances but I think its not so much that I won't spnd any money but rather that I know where I do spend it if that makes sense!Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

The weather today hasnt helped my money situation, I couldn't face a whole day indoors so we went shopping
I got ds school shoes (£28), but they are his first pair and they are proper fitted ones and are really cute
then I got a top for me in River Island that was reduced from £35 to £7 and is beautiful:o A quick downpour saw me head into M&S food department
and spent another £11 on stuff I didn't really need  I think because I've had friends here I seem to have lost the plot completely on food this week:mad: I also bought ds a pair of jelly shoe for the beach (60p;) ) and 2 pair of shorts (£2) in Sainburys sale. I must now sort out what money I have left for the rest of the month
