Right, this is a money-making weekend :money: I have sorted out the garage ... an found evidence of furry friends living there:eek::eek:  So, some of the stuff has to go to the tip instead as they've nibbled some soft toys and clothes  but the rest is already loaded up in the car before the little !!!!!!s can eat anything else:p I've got to dig out old carrier bage ans try and borrow a pasting table still and empty my piggy bank so I've got some change. I've also sorted out some stuff for ebay so I am on a mission to get that put on there today as ds is at his dads so I've got 3 hours left to achieve something!
I don't think I will make much money tomorrow at the car boot but I just want the stuff out the way really, especially if the mice are gonna eat it anyway, I may as well try and get something for it instead and also it will give me some space in the garage;)
So far I haven't spent any money today either:TMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Today was a no spend day :T :T :T The car is all loaded up ready for the morning, now I need to have a bath and an early night;) I have got 5 things put on ebay, but it is sooooo boring !!! No bids yet, but 2 people watching stuff so thats a start:o
Another friend has phoned me up and is coming down tomorrow night to stay till Tuesday ... definatly a good move living by the seaside, everyone wants to come and stay!:DMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I agree totally on the ebay stuff - I keep thinking never again but then some more money trickles in and spending 30mins or so getting bored seems worth it again! Good luck at the car boot tomorrow.
Another good point of living by the seaside is somewhere cheap to amuse kids, they don't even seem to mind if it's cold just give 'em a spade!Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000

Well the rain held off and the car boot went fine. I made £51 after the entrance fee :j but spent 50p on a bin for the lounge and £1.50 on an ice-cream and a drink for ds.
Seemed to shift quite a bit of stuff but the car looked fuller coming back than when we went

wooohoo, well done - £50 that's better in your pocket than stuff getting nibbled in the garage! I didn't realise you were taking DS (v brave), I'm trying to plan a carboot for when my DS will be at his dad's. That way he can't see how much of his old tat I'm selling, everytime I try to have a clear out he suddenly loves it all again!Mortgage OP 2025 £6200/7000Mortgage OP 2024 £7700/7000
