My Asda delivey arrived about an hour ago and I'm v. impressed with it! I had ordered 2 bottles of Sove conditioner on offer at £1.00 each instead of £1.92. The offer had expired between me ordering and them delivering but a quick phonecall and they've honoured it  Also I ordered a bag of foam mushrooms (yummy kiddies sweeties) but they substituted it for a tin of organic button mushrooms  .... again, they've refunded them and let me keep it (although I can't snack on them watching a film can I :o ).
Still, overall am very pleased with it and preferred it to Tescos delivery service, especially as the substitutions are price-matched, and as I order own brand stuff, I did alright out of it ;)

Today I'm having a blitz-the-flat day! I have so much washing and ironing to do, and piles of paperwork and post to sort through :o If I can get on top of it all today then I can concentrate on ebay and car boots after that. So, plan of action:

    1. Go to shop and buy some salad and fresh stuff
    2. Do all washing and ironing
    3. Make up underbed storage tray things and fill them with the junk laying round my bedroom
    4. File, action or bin all paperwork
    5. Hoover and clean through
    6. Remove all birthday decs and cards
    7. Sort through all ds toys and find homes in his bedrrom for them all, not on the lounge floor ;)
    8. Sort upboard under kitchen sink where everything falls out whenever I open it

I will report back later with an update ....

Have got a mystery shop to do today and also need to return some stuff to Next that was delivered, but decided I already have enough similar clothes so will take them back. Need to pay in some cheques to ds account that came for his birthday too.
Managed to have a good tidy up last night and got his toys away. The ironing basket has been moved to the middle of the lounge floor too so I can't ignore it anymore, but so far I'm managing to do so .... :D

The mystery shop went okay, had £5 to spend but managed to spend £11.50:mad: Still, £5 was some of ds birthday money that didn't make it to the bank as he saw another bus that he just had to have ... so I spent £6.50 and will get £5 of that back and paid £5 for doing it too. I bought a rubbish bin for the bathroom and a roll of brown paper for when I finally get stuff on ebay ;)
Am having another tidy up now as my friend is coming to stay tonight, so may need to get a bottle of wine later too :p

Yesterday I had to get petrol (£22) and also spent £4.20 on ice-creams and drinks. Another £4 in Asda too. Got another 2 £2 coins ... have had more in August than the rest of the year in total!:D
Managed to get sunburnt arms yesterday, so must remember sun-cream today! Todays mission is to sort everything out ready to do a car boot sale tomorrow, I've got boxes of stuff in the garage since I moved but I need to see what I can ebay and what I just need to car boot. Should be a nice cheap day!;)
