Evening all ... sorry I didnt post last night, I had a splitting headache and went to bed at 9pm :o but I feel much better today :D I had a good day at work and they have asked me if I want to go on a training course on friday, whcih should hopefully mean I can work a couple of lunch-hours which will give me an extra few quid a week, plus you get free school dinners if you work the lunch-hour :D

After work, I did a mystery shop which was a bit of a hassle to be honest as it was further away than I normally travel for them and I'm not sure it was really worth the bother

Today I have spent £7.20 in the shop that I was assessing (but I get £4 of that refunded), then £1.88 in McDonalds on the way home :o

Yesterday I got my interest added to my isa:j it was £135 as I only opened it in July last year so it wasn't a full years worth. I did think about taking out the interest and using it for the mortgage fund but I think I will just leave it in there and let it build up without me touching it.

Right, time for ds pj's now, be back later ;)

Aww, thank you Happi!! I just had a look on the grabbot board just before you posted to check if someone had been able to help you there, glad you got it sorted ;)
Right, I've finished my ironing mountain, now I'm gonna spend an houe reading the matched betting threads again ... earlier I was reading the mfw board and a poster called Tallgirl started matched betting at the end of January and she has earned over £1k in two months, so, just to keep me busy and out of mischief, I thought I'd better make a start on that too ;):D

Good luck everyone who's had a punt on the race this afternoon :D

I must have a look at that thread, I have a healthy interest in betting so I should find it enthralling if I can get my head round it.

    YHM too.

Today has been another good day, ds was well behaved at school (almost a whole week now :j ), my day was fine, I only spent 50p today on a cake :o but took a packed lunch in too ;) We went to the park for half an hour after school as its really sunny and nice here :D
Tomorrow I'm off on a course so we need to go and get petrol in a minute for that  I want to try and see where I'm up to moneywise too in a bit as I seem to have lost track already this month :o

    Hi Tigz,
no I didn't get your texts, I sent you one on the 26th to see if you were still up for meeting and what time etc?? Not too sure what's happened there, but I promise I wasn't ignoring you !! :o:o
Pleased to see your update on the ebay thread, hows everything else going? x

Hi - that's weird, I didn't get your text? How strange.... will need to arrange a Saturday soon. We've been going to Paultons Park a lot recently as I bought a season ticket last year and Elizabeth is still free. She loves it there. It's £16 pp so would be quite exp for you and Ben to come along, assuming he's over 1 metre? If not, he's free.

All ok with me, getting a laptop 2nd hand from OH's brother so shoudld get connected at home soon, watch this space....

    How's things with you?
    xx

Hi Tigz, Yay to the laptop, get you bank on here more often :j :j Paultons Park sounds good to me; I will have to pay for benben but its a great day out there, we went last summer and he loved it :D

Today I've been on another training course which was really interesting and meant a day out of school too ;):D I was supposed to take ds to his swimming lesson tonight but there was so much traffic on the way back from the course that we wouldn't have got there in time so we had to give it a miss  but still, its the weekend now so we've got a couple of days of relaxing :D:D

I spent £28 on petrol this morning, I had to fill up to get to the course but I can claim it all back from work ;) They took us to the pub for lunch which was lovely.
