Morning all !! Interest on all the varius moneypots was paid out today (£9.20), so of course has been swiped into the mortgage pot ;)

Todays plans involve trips to the post office to post various ebay parcels and a trip back to tesco to see if they have found the rest of my order  Other than that it will be housework and ironing mainly, and I'm just hoping the weather improves so we can go out somewhere later :D

I have sold items for £3.75 and 99p on ebay today and I have 3 more items finishing tonight although none have bids yet

We have been down the beach again today and ds got sunburnt on his face  It was nice down there but it didn't feel that hot, but it was fairly blowy so I guess thats how it happened. Tomorrow I need to post the ebay items and I have a mystery shop to do too.

I venture back on the tesco direct sale and managed to order 2 x cream single duvet sets and 2 x finest white towel bales all for a total of £7.49 :rotfl: :rotfl: (original price was about £60) It will be a perfect houes-moving pressie for mum and dad as they've decided to get single beds when they move as dad gets up loads in the night and wakes her up :D

    Heh benben,

i notice you often get really good deals at tesco direct...is it much cheaper shopping on line with them, i don't see those kind of deals in the shop itself??

I tend to only buy from tesco online when someone posts a good deal on the grabbit board on here ;):D You do tend to have to get it straight away when you see it as they go out of stock very quickly as I think quite a few people bulk buy to sell it on again. My local tesco isnt very big so I dont tend to spot many bargain in there, and I try to avoid going there too often as I will just spend money on stuff I don't need :o

If anyone is interested in having a punt on the Grand National this weekend, have a look at the Grabbit board ... Martin has listed an offer from Betfair. Basically you deposit £25 and bet it all on the race, and then they credit you with £25 which you can withdraw, so its basically a free £25 bet  and even better, you can earn £30 for registering through quidco :D:D:D

I did it 5 minutes ago and mine has tracked already and is due to payout in June :j
