Morning all
so much for having a lie-in today, ds woke me up at 5:50 and we got up at 6:10   but at least I have got the flat fairly tidy already, put the dishwasher on and the washing machine on, and I just need to clean and hoover through a bit later
Today will be a usual lazy sunday; I need to go to tesco later for some bits but am hoping I can get away with £20 for that, I also have a few bits finishing on ebay today, bids are currently at £10.85. I'm just gonna watch some of the marathon, can't believe it was a year ago I did that, seem ages and ages ago now :rolleyes:Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Morning morning ... yesterday wasn't a great day, for some reason the cloud of depression decided to return and I had a really down day
I just couldn't shift the feeling all day and was quite teary. Anyhow, it made me think about a few things again, and as you may have noticed the diet hasn't been mentioned for a couple of weeks
so, today I'm back on my mission  Its not gonna be a diet as such, more an "eat healthier, get off my butt a bit more" kinda mission, with an overall aim to lose weight and just feel better about how I look
Packed lunch is all made, I've got a ham salad, a banana and a pear
I sold a few more bits on bay yesterday which brings my total up to just over £100 now :j All of them paid straight away, so they are all parcelled up ready to go to the post office when I finish work tonight. I need to look into getting a new isa to whack it in.Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

sorry you were feeling crappy yesterday.
My "diet" too is not working - I have not lost any while I have been away, but neither have I gained.....but that still means i have not lost a single lb since I committed to losing weight a few weeks ago.
Deep breath.......and on with a better day.....xxxxSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Hi BenBen, I follow your diary every day, and although I don't normally post, I just wanted to say that you are doing such a good job, so try not to feel too down.
I did start a diet once, but I can't even remember when.... must get going again though!

Diets, blooming diets!
I've been on and off mine too. I decided to do it sponsored in a vain attempt to generate some self-motivation but things didn't really go to plan. I lost the first stone in four weeks, the second stone in another seven weeks and the third stone...well  , er, , that hasn't happened yet.....
Probably the best thing that BBaM could do is to relax, chill and not try to lose weight quite so hard then maybe it'll come off. Hark at me, Mr Rosemary Conley  but I've found it's started coming back off when I've become less focussed.0 -
Right, all parcels are on their way
, ds has had a good day at school again, and the sun is shining
Ds is very tired though, so he is heading for an early night to tonight, once he is in bed I am going to dig out a fitness dvd  .... never know, I might even bung it in the dvd player too :rotfl:
