Postie has brought me £4 of Love to Shop vouchers this morning which I wasn't expecting but are very gratefully received :D:D They can go into the voucher pot to go towards xmas ;)

I'm just waiting for my ex-in-laws to arrive to collect ds at the moment ... they haven't been to my new flat yet so it feels a bit wierd  I do get on well with them but seeing them just reminds me of the past and how unhappy their son made me :o:o and I don't want any reminders of it anymore :D

Nothing much else to report this morning, the flat is spotless because of the visit this morning, so once ds has gone I will be free to get on all day :D Still haven't decided whether to focus on matched betting, aqa or ebay. Perhaps I'll try a bit of everything :rotfl: Seriously though I think I will mainly focus on ebay so I can clear some of the piles of clutter lying round (or now hidden in cupboards because of the visit ;) ), then do a bit of aqa'ing later on :D I will be popping back on here throughout the day though, have a good day everyone !!

Hey benben - I do hope that you are ok and that seeing them at your new place doesn't bring up too many memories.

Good luck with whichever money making idea you choose today :D

    Hi Benben
Hope the handover has gone okay - you're very kind to allow them access to ds on your time rather than their son's time. And good for you for focussing on the moneymaking activities. Like you, I'm hopping on and off the site today, sending a few things off in the post, then doing a tidy up of the parts that don't usually get a tidy, like the 2nd bedroom. Well, it *is* the 2nd bedroom, the bed is starting to be piled high with *stuff*, it looks bad... see you later.

Karmacat ... it is his time not mine but he's too busy to come and collect him so he sent his parents instead    He wanted me to take him up there to him but I refused .... he left, if he wants to see him then he comes and gets him  :D

It did go okay, they were only here about 10 minutes and were gushing about how nice it is and how nice the beach is (they went down there for breakfast), so I commented on how happy we are here and how our old life seems a world away now :D:D:D

So, time to start planning my day ... think I might have a coffee first ;):D

Well, I'm kind of relieved you're not *that* kind! That sounds terrible doesn't it, but then, too busy to collect his own son? Glad you didn't drive there to deliver him, thats appalling  that he asked you that - but also glad his parents sound civilised. I love the "worlds away" comment!!! :rotfl:

Had to go advanced- exclamation marks didn't quite cover it :p

Okay, I had coffee, then went to the shop and got some bread and salad stuff then went to the bank and paid in £10 of 20p's. I was going to bung it in the mortgage pot but decided it would be better to put it towards clearing the Next account. I have just made a payment there of £50 which should bring down the total I owe to about £65 I think but its hard to tell as thei staements are always yonks behind what you've actually got

I also got round to sending yet another email to M&S, I am getting really fed up with them now  Oh and postie also brought me my final bill for my old mobile, £5.92 ;) so that will save me about £15 in February and then £20 a month after that :D
