I bought a Polo bluemotion 3 weeks ago now, it's been in 3 times to fix it pulling to the left... They keep taking it in, and giving it back without resolving the problem wasting both of our time. What's most worrying is that all previous service records are stamped by Arnold Clark so if they're this incompetent there could be all kinds wrong with it.

I'm currently pursuing a VW dealership service at AC's expense see what they can flag up.

Regarding the returns policy, I read the contract thoroughly when signing in store and it states that at the point of sale, AC are under no obligation to take the vehicle as a return, you're only able to cancel the finance agreement within their time period (usually 14 days) and I guess you get trade in value unless you want to sell privately.
