    As they didnt get back to you, complain to them and to the IPC that they are pursuing the claim but have not finished the appeal.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply,

    As they are now out of time on the appeal is it best to complain and take them on or just wait whilst they try and pursue me for a charge that they surely can't now pursue (and most probably couldn't ever anyway) as they haven't compiled with their own rules?

    From all i have read on here the IPC just aren't independent so is it worth "stoking" them?
