Hello *******,
Thanks for contacting Mike regarding your Inquiry. We understand your concern regarding the length of warranty compared to Apple.
With that said, The warranty on all our iPhones is the same 2 year warranty as you would get from Apple
Kindest regards,

The strange thing about this is that it was discussed on the GiffGaff support forum yesterday .... http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Help-Support/humbug121-has-a-question-about-the-Apple-iPhone-6/td-p/15916864
Hi, as others have said you get a 1 year warranty with Apple themselves for faults, you can also return the phone to GiffGaff within 14 days. Please find the information here
When you go to the website regarding warranties etc http://community.giffgaff.com/t5/Using-giffgaff/Returns-and-Repairs-process/ta-p/10316825
If the device you ordered on giffgaff becomes faulty, and you are past the 14 days period described above, you are entitled for a repair during the warranty period offered by the manufacturer. All our new phones come with a 24 months warranty, except iPhones which have a 12 months warranty.
Something amiss hereIt's not just about the money0 -
Looks like the iPhone 5C is only 8 GB, and the 5S is 16 or 32 GB.
That's a shame, as my contract is just coming to the end of its term (next month), and I'd prefer a 5S to a 6, but I need 64 GB.
It's a shame when a company can't offer you the right product.0 -
When getting by a e-mail some information that contradicts the information posted on the website, I'd give the priority to the latter.
Incompetent idiots in CS are a common place, but you seem to be extremely unfortunate to stumble upon them.
"the same 2 year warranty as you would get from Apple" is a good hint.0 -
If 8gb is enough then the 4s from CPW for £199 Sim free seems like good value comparatively speaking. The 4s is still a very good phone.0

It's a shame when a company can't offer you the right product.
When they were the latest phones the 5C came in 18 and 32GB variants and the 5S in 16gb, 32Gb and 64GB variants.
As soon as the 6 and 6+ were released they became the flagship models and the 5C was then only offered in 8Gb and the 5S in 16 or 32GB variants.
If you want the big memory model you need to buy the model at the top of the range.
It may not be what you want, but the fact Apple posted record profits put down to iPhone suggests they are giving the right product to pretty much everyone who wants one.0 -

prowla is an uncommon rare exception then...
IMO this fact proves many other things, but not what you say.
My work gave me an iPhone 6, so I guess that technically I'm included in the stats anyway!0 -
Giffgaff one is only 8gb storage, might be a little short on storage if you have a good few apps and music on there.2 angels in heaven :A0

Thanks, I hadn't noticed.====0
