If you were injured at the time and told them they should have attended the accident.0 -
Sorry but I don't buy this. As soon as alcohol was involved, I doubt the police would of waited until "the next day" to visit the TP. They would of investigated the possibility of the TP being over the limit at the time of the incident.PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. Being straight with you I think the events you told the police are different to what is being posted on here.
I have experience of the Mets suspect behaviour but don't believe they didn't have a rat to attend an injury rta with a drink driver.0
