Which Tablet for Office 365?

You could consider the Linx tablet below...

1 year of Office 365 comes with it.0 -
Where does it say that the Hudl2 in that deal can run Office 365?yes they did on this package
http://shop.tescomobile.com/pay-monthly/mobile-phones/motorola/moto+e++hudl2?deal=18532
... which is not a Hudl2, so yes it can run Office 365 and like many small Windows tablets it can be pre-installed.
I'm still not seeing any evidence for the statement that a Hudl2 was being sold with Office 3650 -

Office 365 on Android tablets is still in preview/ testing mode...
Are you sure about that? I've just bought Office 365 University for my new Ultrabook, and it allows installation on 2 computers and unlimited tablets/phones, including Android. I haven't tried it on either my Nexus 4 or 7 yet, but if they're saying it'll work in a consumer purchase I would expect it to.0 -
Well the link saying it was in Preview was from Microsoft's own Office.com website, on a story posted within the last week, so it's a fairly definitive source. Are you sure about that?
Also if you look at the Office.com page for Mobile
http://products.office.com/en/mobile/office
That also doesn't mention Android tablets yet.
It does however mention Android phones, which might be what the Office 365 licence is referring to. (And yes you could argue that the difference between phones and tablets is a slender one, but it would still be wrong of Tesco to sell a phone product on a tablet, and I'd be very surprised if they had.)0 -

you need to read my commentTesco had a deal of a free years Office 365 with their Hudl2 so i would assume their Hudl2 is compatible.
Had as in PAST tense. i never implied they still had this offer
and yes i gave 2 links of 2 different packages and yes the second IS NOT as hudl0 -

And you sir need to read Jivesinger's post again:
Can you now see where he too is using PAST tense?Jivesinger wrote: »I'm still not seeing any evidence for the statement that a Hudl2 was being sold with Office 365
Note the use of the word was.0 -
Well, the whole school will have tablets, apparently, and you just have to turn on Find My iPad.but with Ipad more chance of other kids trying to steal it etc. when you think a hudl 2 is £129 and not as attractive to thiefs
At £129 though, the Hudl is almost a throwaway price. a base model iPad Air is £319.
However, Office 365 ain't cheap - is the school providing that?0 -
I've got "Office Suite 8" on my Hudl2.
There's a blog here about Word etc preview apps, and one of the comments is that they don't work on a Hudl (although I haven't tried them myself)

Yes, the school has everything set up and usernames/passwords issued so it's just a case of providing the tablet to work on.All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.0
