I want to sue Orange - best way?

As I said, I agree their customer service and delay was terrible from what you describe.
Your question however is what is the best way to sue Orange. I have answered that as best I can. You now have the documents, you can claim (well you haven't said you can't), therefore there is no loss. You are in the same position you would have been anyway, albeit later than expected and hoped.
You said you wanted Orange to pay for an iPhone 4. As far as I know, in order to do this (as I have said before), you would have to prove they have caused you to 'miss out' on getting a replacement.
So that answers the original question. To recap as well, you could take the case to CISAS/small claims but I imagine they would want proof that you cannot now get the replacement. Until you can offer this proof, you will be on a hiding to nothing.
I agree that it is bad service but that is irrelevant in what you are wanting to do now.0 -
Yeah, I guess you're right. Thanks for the advice.0
