I'm the baby and some ways am totally different.
I am the only one of us to have had the brains for academic study, I got the best exam results and was the only one to do A-Levels and study at degree level. The other two left at 16, my brother has drifted aimlessly from job to job and is now partially sighted so unable to work at the moment. My sister worked in the same job for about 20 years but then got made redundant and is now back working for the same people she got made redundant from.
I'm also bisexual, the only one of us who is. Both my brother and sister have been married and divorced then remarried, and both have two children. I am unmarried and have no children.
My sister is very sensible. Both my brother and I have mental health problems and addictions of some description so were similar in that sense. My sister and I look very alike, and my brother and I both have Alopecia and are both heavily tattooed.

Sister - couldn't be more different, physically, personality and intellect.
Brothe - different personalities, but think in exactly the same way!Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

My brother and I are fairly similar. Both introvert, same sense of humour, similar level of intelligence, have experienced similar struggles.
The main differences are that I'd say I'm more adventurous, I moved out of home young, always looking for an opportunity to travel somewhere new, I take more risks. He's still living with my parents and showing no signs of wanting to leave, his passport expired many years ago and he's never renewed it, he doesn't see much interest in travel and is happy where he is.0 -
I have two sisters and we're all extremely close. I have quite a few friends, but would class my sisters as my 'best' friends. We look alike and 99 per cent of the time we think alike, too. I know in advance how they will react to certain situations/issues in the news and stuff like that, because almost all the time, we have similiar opinions. We're all three fiercely loyal to immediate family, and know we would be there for each other in an instant, even though one of us lives hundreds of miles away. And yet we have different personalities in lots of ways, that keeps the relationships fresh. I cannot imagine life without them.0

Wow I don't think my brother and I could be more different.
He's 8 years younger that me and was top of his class, got a first at uni without much effort and is now in the final year of his PHD (which he started @21).
I'm no where near as clever academically, scraped through with an ordinary degree in social sciences (partly because I couldn't be bothered I suppose) but I'm much better with "people" than my little brother. Don't get me wrong he has a long term GF and a small circle of close friends, but I will speak to anyone, have a wide variety of friends from all walks of life and spent my late teens and entire twenties working in various pubs and bars, on top of a FT job, mainly because I liked getting to meet all the different people.0 -
I love my brother. He is an accountant living in the Caribbean and owns three houses. He used to be a model, he's very handsome but not arrogant with it. He invests his money rather than leading an extravagant lifestyle and has been able to put his kids through university. Both he and his wife compete regularly in triathlons and travel when they can.
I live in a grotty 1 bed flat with my DH, 2 kids and dog, in the poorest part of a poor town. Our situation arose through debt from irresponsible spending. We are working hard to get rid of it. I play guitar and sing in the streets for money. I have taken food out of skips in desperation. We buy clothes in charity shops, but in our area people often leave huge bags of clothes out in the street and quite a large proportion of our wardrobe came from these bags. I am a scavenger and a survivor.
We have the same sense of humour and a similar positive outlook on life. We lead extremely different lives, but are both very happy. I wish I was able to see him more often.:happylove0 -
My brother sister and I are completely different.
I am the most academic...not the cleverest (although they say I am) but did well in education as it was my escape from awful home life.
My sister did not get the settled education which I did. My brother was just a rebel.
My sister thinks she is easy going but she is like a brick wall- very unforgiving when you clash with her. My brother you just let him win every argument ...its the easiest way!
We do look a bit alike otherwise I would have thought we were all adopted from different families.0 -
My brother is 5 years older than me and we are very different. We don't look alike and have nothing in common and he got the brains too!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

hmmmm - my 12 years younger sister is nothing like me. in looks or personality.
Frankly, she is very materialistic, thinks nothing of spending £200 on a designer handbag - while I am a charity shop queen! she is dyed blonde, worries about her weight and is constantly on a diet - although we are exactly the same height and I am on the low side of normal, she freaks if she weighs more than a stone less than me!
me, well I don't even wear makeup except for weddings, going grey and old and really don't care about clothes as long as they aren't in rags and are comfortable. (for chrissakes she is 45 and tottering about in 5 inch heels. in private I call her Dorian). She taps mum up for money to pay for her foreign holidays, her missed mortgage payments and to run their 'Mercedes'. oh and my mum buys all her kids clothes because my sis 'does everything for her'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!rofl. I am very independent and pay my own way.
my bro is completely different to both of us! he is sober, ultra conservative and very very nice! he is like me, in that he is a graduate but he works for a national cultural organisation and his wife has her own business - lovely people but very reserved. I have to admit to being a bit eccentric, you cant accuse my bro of that!0
