If you have - well, one would expect to hear from you again!
"Income tax losses" - still nonethewiser.
Anyone wish to expand?
Does it mean 'was your turnover (or profit? ) less in 13/14 than it was in 12/13'?
Or, does it mean 'did you lose money and make no profit and went into the negative? '

'Did you receive notification from the student loans company that repayment of an income contingent student loan began before 6th April 2014'
That is YES, right?
This is yes? I have a student loan that I owe and am above the threshold for making a payment.0 -
The answer to your student loan question depends on when you took out your loan and determines the threshold at which you repay (and allows the tax system to consider it using the right rules). If you were out of uni by 2012 you benefit from the lower rate, as I read the rules. You could check out the changes on the student loans website.
You could do worse than write all your questions down and call HMRC so that you systematically go through your queries. You do sound rather panicky by your recent posts. Take a moment, gather and calm yourself.
Good luck

Are you a politician? Layman's term's instead of paraphrasing. Or do you work for HMRC

How much simpler can you write "Did your business incure losses in 13/14?"0

a little civility, humility and the odd 'please' goes a long way.The questions that get the best answers are the questions that give most detail....0
