This is not so. There was once a case heard where a prostitute tried to claim that tax could not be collected on her earnings, as this would make the state her pimp. She lost. My mate had two working girls live above him for years it was a converted house so it was only him and them. He had no problem with what they did for a living how ever he got miffed when his parking space was used. He had a blunt friendly chat with them and everything was cool from then on Tey used to buy him a massive bottle of Jack Daniels (the pub type ones) every Christmas.0

My deeds state I'm not allowed to run a "bawdy house".... but only restricts it at weekends....
Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside, beside the sea.
Can you undercut their prices, in this mercenary time? Or, as others suggest, contact MP, Councillor, newspaper and the like.0 -

Then as a human being you should be concerned for their welfare. People trafficking unfortunately is a fact of life these days. Report the matter to the correct authorities.0 -
My brother bought a flat in Brighton and dicovered upon moving in it was previously a brothel.
First few weeks it was annoying but the knocks on the door soon stopped when they were answered by a male six foot immigration officer (except when there was a party conference on - apparently Labour were the most frequent would be customers) and a sign saying the previous business had moved on.
I too find the key issue concerning and would be reporting that to the Police.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

points to consider
1) speak to other neighbours, ask if they are willing to give statement to police
2) inform the owner of the flat or the letting agency, surely someone is aware of what is going on
3) most buildings in canary wharf have cctv, can be obtained from the management company
4)write an anonymous letter to the girls, threaten legal action to scare them away0
